Slim Wallet with Money Clip RFID Blocking Wallet – 100%

Immediately we took a look at the Hoobest slim wallet, we were drawn in by the design.

It looks slim and stylish and compact enough for convenient carry.

We also liked the metallic money clip which makes it easy to hold banknotes inside the wallet.

We were curious as to how well it would perform under our RFID skimming tests. It scored well and blocked out skimming.

There were some drawbacks however. The metal clip is quite stiff to use. It is also not the simplest to put in bank notes and you will have to fiddle a bit.

  • The Good
  • Stylish and compact
  • Quality design
  • Comes with 8 card slots
  • The Bad
  • Metal clip is a bit too tight
  • Adding bank notes is not very quick and easy

Mt. Eston RFID Blocking Men’s Leather Wallet – 100%

We instantly liked the look of the Mt. Eston leather wallet.

It is constructed from a high-quality pebble nappa leather that feels remarkably smooth on your hands.

Yet another feature that we noticed is the capacity. This RFID blocking wallet can hold up to 11 cards and has a total of 18 pockets.

As far as RFID blocking goes, unlike the urban shield leather men’s RFID wallet, the Mt. Eston performed remarkably well.

We did notice some drawbacks. One is that it doesn’t feature a compact design. It also tends to open once it is fully loaded, it bulging and the leather initially feels stiff.

  • The Good
  • Stylish and compact
  • Quality design
  • Comes with 8 card slots
  • The Bad
  • Metal clip is a bit too tight
  • Adding bank notes is not very quick and easy

Skyhill Genuine Black Leather RFID Blocking Wallet – 98%

This made the Skyhill RFID blocking wallet tough and durable.

Compared to the urban shield men’s RFID wallet, this one has 10 slots for putting your cards as well as a compartment for putting your bank notes. Another feature that we liked is the extra slide slots.

After subjecting the Skyhill black leather RFID blocking wallet to a few tests, we noticed that it does perform well and prevents RFID skimming.

On the downside we didn’t like that it lacked a good coin compartment.

While it is possible to use the spaces in the card slots, the coins can easily fall off. Also, this is not the most compact wallet.

  • Plenty of card slots
  • Double lining makes it durable
  • Full grain black leather
  • Is not very compact
  • Lacks a good coin compartment

BURG RFID Blocking Men’s Wallet Review – 98%

We quickly noticed the simple design of the BURG wallet.

It comes with a classic bi-fold option with plenty of storage space which includes 8 card slots, side pockets as well as 2 note compartments. We also enjoyed how soft it felt in the hand.

After subjecting the BURG leather wallet to a few tests, we noticed that while it did not match up to the Hoobest Slim Wallet with Money Clip RFID Blocking Wallet, it did perform better than the Urban Shield Quality Tan Leather Men’s RFID Wallet.

However, the wallet doesn’t feature any closing, mechanism. It also lacks a clear compartment where one can place a photo.

  • High quality leather
  • Plenty of compartments
  • Good at RFID Blocking
  • Lacks a clear compartment
  • Doesn’t have a closing mechanism

Urban Shield Quality Tan Leather Men’s RFID Wallet Reviews – 86%

We were instantly drawn by the tan leather of the urban shield men’s RFID wallet.

It felt soft and supple in the hand. This is a bi-fold wallet which makes it versatile.

We liked the card holder section and the neat and stylish design.

However, after subjecting the RFID wallet to multiple tests, we noticed that it is not the best at offering RFID security.

It worked on some instances and had a less than ideal performance in others.

  • Stylish look
  • Soft supple leather
  • Beautiful tan color
  • Not the best at offering RFID security

Koruma RFID Blocking Men’s Designer Leather Wallet – 64%

Stylish and compact—this is the first thing we noticed with the Koruma RFID men’s designer wallet.

We also enjoyed that it was comfortable to hold and felt soft thanks to the soft cow leather make. The design also looks high quality and it can hold a maximum of 7 cards.

After subjecting the wallet to a couple of RFID tests, we noted that like the Skyhill genuine black leather RFID wallet does a good job at preventing skimming.

There were a few drawbacks though. Once its fully loaded in all 7 slots and some cash including coins, it bulges and the button looks like it could open at any time.

It could also be a bit wide for some pockets.

  • Looks good
  • High quality design
  • 7 card slots
  • Compact design
  • Is a bit wide
  • Bulges when fully loaded and the button could open

Mercor Slim RFID Blocking Wallet Review – 92%

Other than the genuine leather, we particularly liked the design of the Mercor slim RFID blocking wallet.

It is compact and simple to hold in your hands. The 6 slots also make it simple to access the cards. After performing a few tests, we found that the wallet does indeed block out RFID.

We did notice a few drawbacks. With only 4 card slots and 2 pouches, the Mercor RFID blocking wallets may not be convenient when you want to carry more cards. There is also no place to carry coins.

  • Compact design
  • Easy to access the cards
  • Few cards slot
  • There is no place for carrying coins

Hoobest RFID Blocking Men’s Leather Wallet Review – 92%

The Hoobest RFID blocking men’s leather wallet comes with a slim design. It was very easy to slip inside the pocket and also pull it out. We liked the soft leather feel.

Compared to the urban shield tan leather RFID wallet which is bi-fold, this one has a 3-fold design.

However, after performing some tests to judge the effectiveness of the RFID blocking, we found that it was not the best at preventing RFID skimming. It does also tend to thicken up once it is fully loaded.

  • High quality
  • 3-fold design
  • Soft leather
  • Thickens up when fully loaded
  • Is not a top performer as far as RFID skimming is concerned?

Buono Pelle RFID Blocking Men’s Designer Wallet

We were immediately struck by the quality design of the Buono Pelle RFID blocking wallet.

It looks durable. Similar to the Koruma RFID men’s blocking wallet, it features 7 card slots.

However, unlike the Skyhill black leather wallet, this one comes with a decent coin compartment. It has a zipper to help prevent the coins from falling out.

On the downside we didn’t like the zipper design as it looks like the only part of the wallets that could break easily. This is not the most compact RFID blocking wallet either.

  • Good quality design
  • Coin compartment
  • The zipper is not very strong
  • Is not compact

RFID Blocking Men’s Leather Wallet Review – 90%

The first thing we noticed was the bi-fold design of the J. Wilson London wallet.

It comes with up to 9 card slots which is plenty more than the Mercor slim RFID blocking wallet. We also liked the classic brown look and the soft leather design.

The drawback is that the design makes it get bulky when full. The coin pockets are also quite small which makes accessing the coins a bit strenuous.

  • Soft brown leather
  • Comes with 9 card slots
  • Coin pocket is too tight
  • Will bulge when full
