iTechole IP55 Waterproof Wireless Doorbell Review – 100%
We liked the build of the iTechole IP55. It is waterproof and dust resistant which means that it can work well in harsh weather conditions.
We found that installing and syncing was super easy with this model and only took us a few minutes.
It came with a long range of well over 500 feet and also had up to 52 good quality tones. However, we didn’t like the alkaline battery.
Changing the tunes was also not every convenient as you need to press both the receiver and transmitter together for them to sync.
This means that we either had to have the two close together or we needed an extra pair of hands.
We liked the quality construction of the 1byone easy chime.
It looks durable which is something we looked forward to in a device that is going to be spending its time outside in different weather conditions.
We found that anyone can pretty much install this wireless doorbell.
Another interesting feature was the fact that it is possible to add your own chimes into the doorbell.
However, unlike the iTechole IP55 Waterproof Wireless Doorbell, it doesn’t come with a very long range.
We also noticed that changing batteries is not very easy and done the wrong way could end up breaking the housing of the unit.
Similar to the iTechole IP55 Waterproof Wireless Doorbell, we liked that the TechNet is waterproof and dust resistant making it durable and weather resistant.
We also found that it is very simple to operate, change tunes and adjust the volume.
We liked the fact that the receiver doesn’t need batteries as you can simply plug it into an electrical outlet.
The transmitter has sensors that flash blue when someone gets close to the door allowing for better visibility at night.
However, fixing the wireless doorbell on stone and rough surfaces wasn’t very easy.
The adhesive tape that comes with the package seemed to hold very well.
